Just 2 or 3 Paragraphs with 2 to 3 lines in each paragraph.
- The first paragraph – Convey the message, where did you find them and Congratulate them on the leadership if you are directly sending the message to the decision maker. Or Say you find thier business to be interesting one and thought you would be a good match for them to engage with you.
- The Second Paragraph – Introduce you and your company. who you help and if possible your customer name too.
- The Third paragraph – Ask them will they be interested in followup call or mail?
Each paragraph can be around 2 to 3 sentences.
